Salary: $132,500–$196,140 per annum

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design convergence and integration.
• Implement multi-voltage designs through all stages of physical implementation including place and route, static timing, and physical verification.
• Drive assembly and design closure in partnership with RTL teams.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, TCL, and Shell to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in back-end physical design.
• Expertise in full-chip and sub-hierarchy integration.
• Proficiency in RTL to GDS flows and methodology.
• Experience with digital design environments and tape-out processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence Innovus.
• Knowledge of static timing analysis tools like Tempus or PrimeTime.
• Familiarity with EM/IR-Drop/Crosstalk analysis tools like Voltus or PrimeRail.
• Experience with multi-voltage and low-power design techniques.
