Location: Must be based in the United States (Maryland preferred)

Salary: $126,050 – $212,459 USD

What you will do

  • Exceed team revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Set vision and strategy for a team of 6-8 sales executives.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and strategy support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage pipeline activity, conduct weekly sales meetings, and handle escalations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent to grow the organization.
  • Participate in client prospecting events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Identity Management or Software Security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to speak with authority on industry trends.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field.
