What you will do

  • Design and implement complex retirement plan structures tailored to institutional client needs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve annual sales goals through strategic business development.
  • Lead client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for plan sponsors.
  • Perform investment advisory services while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct benchmarking and due diligence to maintain competitive and compliant plan standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive client retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC
  • 2+ years of experience in retirement plan management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a book of business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Valid relevant securities license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
