Key Account Director - Bank of America (Enterprise Software Sales): Own and grow revenue and market share across designated enterprise accounts, driving customer success and large-scale deal execution with an accent on business planning, executive-level relationship building, and competitive intelligence. Focus on leading renewals and expansion for software subscriptions, professional services, and training goals while forecasting pipeline and closing major transactions.

Location: US - North Carolina - Remote

Salary: $320K OTE - $370K OTE (annual base salary range)

What you will do

  • Align with company strategy and drive revenue and market share growth for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and deliver business plans based on customer and prospect priorities and critical needs.
  • Own account relationships and drive end-to-end customer success across the customer organization.
  • Build consensus and relationships with executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers.
  • Lead large-scale transactions: build pipeline, forecast business, coordinate internal teams, and communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for new and expansion software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 11+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
  • Experience selling data management and/or data warehousing solutions.
  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure technologies.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) from an accredited university required.
