What you will do

• Process new lighting incentive applications including initial QC and eligibility screening.
• Review and validate documentation such as invoices and project details for program compliance.
• Manage project records in proprietary databases and internal systems.
• Support weekly incentive payment release cycles and correction processing.
• Respond to program inquiries via phone and email for contractors and business customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and support system enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Oregon
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administrative operations, or incentive processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-changing workflows.
• Proficiency in data entry and comfort learning new database systems.
