What you will do

• Provide field technical support for automotive BLE products to Tier1 and OEM customers.
• Debug complex issues in the lab and field, proposing patches and workarounds for blocking technical challenges.
• Conduct detailed SCH/PCB layout reviews to identify risks in signal integrity and power optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Create high-quality technical collateral, including application notes and troubleshooting guides.
• Train customer engineers and partners to accelerate project timelines and technical independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development with proficiency in SPI, UART, I²C, CAN/CAN-FD, and LIN.
• Strong understanding of ARM Cortex-M architecture and BLE protocol specifications.
• Practical experience with embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS/ThreadX/Linux) and BLE protocol analyzers.
• Good English proficiency in speaking and writing for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to perform on-site support for system bring-up and production readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience with productivity tools like Git, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms applied to localization.
• Experience with BLE channel sounding, RSSI sniffing, UWB, or NFC.
