What you will do

• Deploy national financial education and advice strategies within the assigned region to ensure alignment with corporate frameworks.
• Coordinate education delivery across Retirement and Wealth teams to support participant financial wellness.
• Manage and coach Employee Engagement educators and financial planning specialists to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with plan sponsors to position financial education as a high-value employee benefit.
• Monitor and report on regional engagement activity and the conversion of participants to individualized financial guidance.
• Collaborate with national teams to provide regional feedback and drive continuous improvement of educational materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Education, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in financial education, retirement plan services, or financial wellness.
• Strong working knowledge of retirement plan fundamentals and ERISA regulations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
