What you will do
- Develop cloud-native applications using Java and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Design, implement, and document software changes to meet urgent customer requirements.
- Debug and fix issues within Java applications and manage stack deployment on GCP.
- Ensure seamless interoperability with third-party products, operating systems, and existing software.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment applying BDD, ATDD, and TDD principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis or development.
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) across cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with GCP services (Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Bigtable).
- Experience using Terraform for IaC, GitHub CI/CD tooling, and GCP Cloud Build.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, GA office (eligible for part-time telecommuting).
