Partner Solutions Engineer (German Speaking)

Partner Solutions Engineer (German Speaking): Facilitate partner adoption of hirify.global Data Platform by delivering technical pre-sales support, messaging, and integration/prototyping in partner environments with an accent on Big Data ecosystem expertise and scalable distributed systems. Focus on designing integration strategies and enterprise architectures, running PoCs, and enabling German-speaking partners to achieve customer success.

What you will do

• Help partners evaluate whether hirify.global Data Platform fits their needs.
• Prepare and deliver product messaging and value propositions using demos, whiteboarding, slide presentations, white papers, trial management, and RFI responses.
• Demonstrate and prototype/PoC integrations of hirify.global Data Platform in partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and infrastructure to implement complete solutions and optimize platform effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to German-speaking partners and drive the partnership program to improve partner proficiency and enablement.
• Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to track industry trends and propose product enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral German language skills.
• Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies, including architecting/developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience with web application development/integration and software development platforms/solutions.
• Strong Big Data ecosystem knowledge (Spark, Hive, Impala) and modern data management principles (separation of storage and compute).
• Knowledge of Linux and networking/security concepts (DNS, TCP, firewalls, proxy servers, DMZ, load balancing, VPN, VPC).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
