Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Serve as production counsel for digital video content, drafting and negotiating PSAs, appearance agreements, and location releases.
• Manage dealmaking for social-only editorial content and recurring talent relationships with influencers.
• Draft and negotiate production agreements for live events, including contracts with directors, producers, and on-camera talent.
• Collaborate with brand editors, sales, and finance teams to align legal execution with commercial objectives.
• Support third-party licensing and internal syndication requests for video content.
• Maintain and update global digital video playbooks, templates, and training materials.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Four or more years of relevant entertainment legal experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting digital video and new media productions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-volume matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Excellent judgment and a practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem solving.
