What you will do

  • Develop and implement channel revenue plans aligned with territory growth targets.
  • Collaborate with strategic alliances such as Microsoft, Zoom, and Google.
  • Manage deal registration, sales forecasts, and pipeline development with partners.
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities and value proposition development.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain executive-level visibility with partners.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in channel sales management and development.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea.
  • Strong understanding of channel business programs and alliance sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills for all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Background in the Video Collaboration market.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
