Salary: $109,200 - $184,080 base salary

What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
• Own the full sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, and closing.
• Develop and execute business and territory plans specifically for the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to generate and pursue leads.
• Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and professional services to deliver wins.
• Navigate discussions across all levels, from business stakeholders to technical decision-makers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Illinois, USA.
• Strong communication skills for discovery calls and needs analysis.
• Proficiency in presenting value propositions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Ability to create detailed territory and opportunity plans.
• Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the year.
