Salary: $185,000–$264,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and execute the global Quality Assurance operations strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and patient safety.
• Lead transformation initiatives to strengthen quality maturity, standardization, and scalability across global operations.
• Oversee end-to-end Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Systems execution across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with global regulations including 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and MDSAP.
• Act as a decision authority for product disposition, risk-based decisions, and cross-functional responses to significant quality issues.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing global Quality Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality within a regulated industry (medical device preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in global quality operations leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to travel frequently (<35%), including overnight and occasional weekends.
