What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining HR database records.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, regional HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide recruitment status reports and analytics to support hiring decisions.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage activity across various job boards.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the service or retail sector.
  • Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
