What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle administrative tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining HR database records.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team, regional HR, and business stakeholders.
- Provide recruitment status reports and analytics to support hiring decisions.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage activity across various job boards.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the service or retail sector.
- Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
