Salary: $170,000–$185,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop product segment research and analysis on ETFs and broader financial markets.
• Create and update product materials to position fixed income and alternatives ETFs.
• Lead and project manage research initiatives assigned by senior leadership.
• Partner with portfolio management, capital markets, and sales teams to ensure product integrity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product line and support client meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment management or research experience.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, mathematics, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of fixed-income and alternatives investing.
• ETF and index industry experience.
• Ability to work in the New York office four days per week.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain after hire).

Nice to have

• Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and Python.
• CFA track or progress towards advanced certification.
