What you will do

• Drive product vision and design strategy autonomously as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact user experiences.
• Conduct user research and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
• Scale design practices across teams using component-based design and systems thinking.
• Integrate AI-first workflows into the design process to enhance productivity and impact.
• Articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and elevate the quality of work across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Expertise in Figma and modern AI-driven design workflows.
• Strong background in data-informed decision-making, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design principles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategy in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or complex B2B SaaS environments.
