What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the enterprise Developer Platform.
• Build and prototype core platform capabilities including CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
• Architect and implement agentic automation features and LLM-powered coding assistants.
• Treat the platform as a product by conducting developer interviews and improving user journeys.
• Lead by doing: write production code, conduct architecture deep dives, and mentor platform engineers.
• Embed secure-by-design and DevSecOps principles into platform components.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture with extensive hands-on delivery.
• Proven ability to implement cloud-native architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and container orchestration.
• Experience with software supply chain patterns and automation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Turin, Italy.
