Location: EU citizenship, located in Poland, and willing to commute to the office in Katowice, Poland

Salary: 12 000-16 000 PLN gross/month (UoP); 100-140 PLN net/h (B2B)

What you will do

• Build and maintain GitLab CI pipelines using templates, reusable components, and best practices
• Operate GitLab Runners on Kubernetes (install, scale, troubleshoot, optimize)
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues end-to-end across Kubernetes, networking, certificates, ingress, and secrets
• Deploy and maintain Apache-based workloads on Kubernetes and related operational practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including daily work with kubectl, Helm/Kustomize, and cluster troubleshooting
• Advanced experience with GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline design and operating GitLab Runners on Kubernetes
• Solid Linux fundamentals, scripting skills, and strong DevOps best practices
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat solutions and OpenShift
• EU citizenship and being located in Poland
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and openness to occasional business trips and office visits in Katowice

Nice to have

• CKAD (or equivalent proof of Kubernetes app-level skills)
