What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, flexible solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, and transformation using cloud-based technologies.
• Develop analytics and derivative data products to support user mission needs.
• Collaborate directly with IC/DoD users to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a proactive manner.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Must be able to work full time onsite in Springfield, VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS/C2S) and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB).

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of GIS technologies and geospatial data processing.
• Experience working with open-source technologies in government environments.
