Salary: $95,200 - $126,700 USD

What you will do

• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the entire company.
• Create financial presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor and report on key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with business operations and accounting teams to support financial analysis.
• Provide variance explanations and actionable business insights.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L and cash flow drivers.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools like Oracle or Hyperion.
• Experience with SmartView Adhoc reporting.
