What you will do

• Perform deep-dive debugging of hardware designs including CPU/ASIC, power, signal integrity, and clocking.
• Manage high-pressure field escalations by identifying bugs, determining fixes, and preventing recurrence.
• Develop scripts for log analysis and automated data capture during live debug sessions.
• Collaborate with hardware design, firmware, and manufacturing teams to implement schematic and BOM changes.
• Conduct lab measurements and develop new tests to identify and address test escapes.
• Present root cause analysis reports to executive leadership and customers.

Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven experience debugging networking hardware.
• Expertise in 20+ layer board design featuring 50G+ signals.
• Experience validating multi-phase DC/DC converters for high current and transient loads.
• Proficiency in high-speed interface design (DDR, PCIe) and low-speed signals (I2C, SPI).
• Experience with FPGA design using Verilog.
