What you will do

• Develop and ship production-ready AI-driven features using Python and React.
• Build and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs and AI-driven workflows into existing applications.
• Collaborate with US-based teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and React.
• Proven experience building APIs and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Must be located in Latin America and available for Central Time zone overlap.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Blob Storage).
• Background in document processing or structured data extraction.
• Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge).
• Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects.
