Salary: $107,000 - $161,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain firmware for medical devices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prototype new concepts and implement features for cardiac monitoring solutions.
- Perform unit testing, issue investigations, and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable designs.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with strict regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a regulated environment (FDA preferred).
- Proficiency in C programming.
- Experience with embedded software debugging and microprocessor hardware control (I/O, UART, ADC, low power modes).
- Comfortable using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like git and release methodologies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BLE chipsets (Nordic Semiconductor, Texas Instruments).
- Experience with real-time event frameworks like QP Framework.
- Knowledge of AT-commands for cellular LTE modules.
- Experience with low-power microcontroller design and coding standards like MISRA.
