What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of a major website rebuild from concept through to launch and beyond.
- Own the platform as a core growth engine, driving engagement and measurable commercial results.
- Act as the bridge between brand and digital, ensuring experiences are customer-led and commercially sharp.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align priorities and deliver at pace.
- Manage complex, global programmes while balancing quality, speed, and budget.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize performance using data-driven .
Requirements
- Must be able to start on 1st July for a 9-month fixed-term contract.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes such as website rebuilds or migrations.
- Strong understanding of CMS, LMS, LXP, and digital ecosystems.
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, global B2B environments.
- Experience managing complex projects using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Data-led mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.
