What you will do

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a major website rebuild from concept through to launch and beyond.
  • Own the platform as a core growth engine, driving engagement and measurable commercial results.
  • Act as the bridge between brand and digital, ensuring experiences are customer-led and commercially sharp.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Manage complex, global programmes while balancing quality, speed, and budget.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize performance using data-driven hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Must be able to start on 1st July for a 9-month fixed-term contract.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes such as website rebuilds or migrations.
  • Strong understanding of CMS, LMS, LXP, and digital ecosystems.
  • Confidence operating in fast-paced, global B2B environments.
  • Experience managing complex projects using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Data-led mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.

  • Experience building strong relationships with agencies and external partners.
