What you will do

• Define project requirements and scope in collaboration with business and technology teams.
• Lead the design and delivery of complete MDM solutions as a technical expert.
• Guide project teams through business needs analysis and product implementation.
• Provide consultancy on projects and manage the transition to operations teams.
• Drive the development of custom solutions in collaboration with product teams.
• Customize and deliver professional service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure design, administration, and monitoring.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure services, server hardware, networking, and databases.
• Previous consulting experience in a technical capacity.

Nice to have

• Certifications in project management (PMP, CPM, etc.) or risk management (ITIL, CRISK).
• Experience with MDM deployment and integration.
• Technical writing certification (CPTC).
• Experience with Cisco networking, security tools (NMap, Splunk), or monitoring systems (SCOM, SCCM).
