Salary: $115,500–$174,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end execution of complex programs from quarterly planning through to commercial launch.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, managing scope, timeline, and capacity trade-offs.
- Identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across multiple teams.
- Implement and refine planning and release techniques to improve team health, efficiency, and delivery quality.
- Ensure operational accountability by verifying technical estimates and maintaining rigorous testing and validation standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product delivery.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodology at both team and scaled program levels.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from conception to commercialization in ambiguous environments.
- Effective communication skills for navigating executive conversations and influencing cross-functional decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven product development or implementation.
- Background in managing loaned or borrowed developer resources.
