Salary: $84,000 - $96,000 (On Target Earnings: $140,000 - $160,000)

What you will do
- Manage a territory of 100 named customers across the renewal and expansion lifecycle.
- Run business value justification meetings, navigate complex procurement processes, and negotiate timely renewals with expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning customer business goals with product utilization and executive relationships.
- Forecast projected revenue attainment weekly and maintain required pipeline coverage and monthly/quarterly performance targets.
- Escalate difficult technical or business issues across Sales and Customer Support to achieve prompt sales closure and strong customer satisfaction.
- Drive growth in software usage through product education, new feature introduction, use-case development, account reviews, and enablement via the alliances/channel ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or RM roles.
- 2+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
- Strong value-driven sales skills, including the ability to capture and articulate ROI to C-Suite and internal leadership.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence and navigate objections to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills across business users, management, IT, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer offices and internal conferences/meetings.
