Compliance Officer

What you will do

• Support hirify.global Canada ltd. (ICL) with regulatory filings, policy/procedure updates, and conflict of interest reviews
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to complete compliance requirements and requests
• Perform trade review/analysis/oversight and other compliance reviews to meet applicable regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Support Americas compliance projects involving technology, data analysis, and surveillance
• Coordinate with the global compliance team on compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry (or equivalent coursework)
• Knowledge of securities regulation related to advisory compliance (mutual funds or institutional) preferred
• Knowledge of both U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and investment professionals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
