What you will do

• Develop large and complex software projects within a multinational team.
• Contribute to the planning and feature development of configuration tools.
• Understand and align software development processes within the SAFe framework.
• Interact with internal and external customers to align development with real-world needs.
• Create complex solutions tailored to customer requirements for NXP processors.

Requirements

• Must have valid visa and work permit to work in Romania.
• Relevant OOP experience in Java, C++, or C#.
• C programming experience and solid knowledge of embedded systems.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language.
• Proven record of working in complex software projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Eclipse plugin development.
• Experience as a technical lead for software projects.
• Familiarity with software quality standards and project audits.
• Strong presentation skills.
