Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Salary: USD $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Modernize and upscale a Java-based e-trading platform covering Rates and Credit.
• Build full stack features across the front office trading environment.
• Collaborate with team members and also work independently when needed.
• Contribute to long-term platform stability and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Java experience.
• Background in e-trading or capital markets environments.
• Fluent English required.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for U.S. work permits or employment visas.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Rates, or Credit products.
• Spanish.
• Familiarity with AI tools or workflows.
