What you will do

• Lead hands-on development of AI-powered features from prototype to production.
• Partner with Product Management to define AI integration strategy and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows including prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines, and tool-calling agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product managers.
• Perform code reviews focusing on quality, scalability, performance, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor team members on software design and AI engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade web services.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs into production software.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-augmented product features.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with RAG engineering, chunking, and vector stores using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building agentic systems using LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Experience with guardrails and security measures like prompt injection defense.
