Salary: $50,000 base + commission (OTE $90k–$150k)

What you will do
- Sell payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in retail, restaurant, and service sectors.
- Deliver consultative presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with District Managers to identify new opportunities and close sales.
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting and networking.
- Stay current on fintech trends to act as a trusted technology advisor.
Requirements
- Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location (Phoenix, AZ area).
- Minimum one year of B2B outside sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field 75% of the time.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Nice to have
- Two full years of B2B outside sales experience.
- Experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
- Proven success in SaaS or merchant services sales.
