What you will do
- Support business development and client growth by learning ’s employer solutions and assisting with RFP/prospect-facing activities under senior consultants.
- Assist senior consultants with client relationship management, including plan sponsor communications, strategic reviews, and retention-focused execution.
- Deliver and/or support retirement plan consulting services such as plan design, benchmarking, investment menu analysis, and fiduciary guidance.
- Coordinate participant education and engagement efforts and connect participants to appropriate financial advisors when needed.
- Support compliance work by tracking regulatory/legislative developments and assisting with testing, plan amendments, and fiduciary training.
- Collaborate across the service team (Client Relationship Managers, Investment Consultants, Employee Engagement Managers, Financial Advisors) to ensure a coordinated client experience.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
- 2–5 years of retirement plan related experience and a foundational understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information (personnel and financial data).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Must be licensed to allow registration as an IAR of Investment Advisors and be actively working toward a valid relevant securities license.
- Regular and predictable attendance; business travel up to 25%.
