PBM RFP & Pricing Lead (AI): Owning and enhancing the end-to-end pharmacy RFP process with an accent on financial modeling, PBM underwriting, and bid evaluation. Location: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end PBM RFP process, standardizing structures and evaluation methodologies.
- Lead the development and refinement of complex PBM pricing models, including rebate and specialty pharmacy economics.
- Translate complex financial proposals into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Act as product owner for RFP tools and analytics, driving the implementation of AI-driven capabilities for contract extraction and predictive modeling.
- Mentor junior team members and help mature the RFP function's capabilities.
- Collaborate with audit and consulting teams to align RFP outputs with downstream monitoring strategies.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 5–10+ years of experience in PBM consulting, underwriting, pricing, or RFP strategy.
- Deep expertise in PBM financial models, including AWP discounts, MAC pricing, and rebate guarantees.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
- Experience in a build/scale environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data product development.
- Experience with RFP platforms.
