What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end PBM RFP process, standardizing structures and evaluation methodologies.
• Lead the development and refinement of complex PBM pricing models, including rebate and specialty pharmacy economics.
• Translate complex financial proposals into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Act as product owner for RFP tools and analytics, driving the implementation of AI-driven capabilities for contract extraction and predictive modeling.
• Mentor junior team members and help mature the RFP function's capabilities.
• Collaborate with audit and consulting teams to align RFP outputs with downstream monitoring strategies.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5–10+ years of experience in PBM consulting, underwriting, pricing, or RFP strategy.
• Deep expertise in PBM financial models, including AWP discounts, MAC pricing, and rebate guarantees.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
• Experience in a build/scale environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data product development.
• Experience with RFP platforms.
