What you will do

• Monitor, challenge, and opine on the effectiveness of financial crime and data privacy frameworks.
• Promote an appropriate risk culture and support the business in making informed operational and strategic decisions.
• Inform the Board regarding the overall risk profile of the platform through detailed reporting.
• Advise on and assess the adequacy of measures adopted to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the business in embedding group-tier one policies.
• Provide oversight and challenge regarding the setting of risk appetite by the Board.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in financial crime within the platform or wealth management sectors.
• Proven expertise in designing and embedding financial crime policy, governance, and escalation models.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, and technology.
• Ability to provide oversight on MI, KPIs, KRIs, and data analytics.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
