What you will do

• Develop creative power delivery network (PDN) solutions at package and system levels.
• Evaluate designs to ensure compliance with challenging electrical performance requirements.
• Collaborate with layout engineers and IP teams to optimize PDN performance.
• Perform simulations, evaluate new EDA tools, and develop scripts for flow efficiency.
• Design and validate signal integrity solutions for high-speed device interfaces using electromagnetic simulation tools.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience in signal and power integrity.
• Deep expertise in PDN design, modeling, and analysis using PowerSI and SIwave.
• Strong understanding of package and board implementation limitations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansys HFSS 3D electromagnetic extraction.
• Hands-on measurement experience and power supply design knowledge.
• Familiarity with 2.5D/3D package development and substrate design rules.
• Expertise in high-speed interfaces including DDR4, PCIe Gen3/4, and Ethernet up to 200Gbps.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro schematics and layout tools.
