What you will do

• Conduct coaching sessions to evaluate advisor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist advisors with practice management, business challenges, and succession planning.
• Serve as a trusted connector between advisors and internal Broker-Dealer resources.
• Facilitate collaboration across compliance, marketing, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Represent the voice of the advisor within the firm to influence strategic initiatives.
• Develop proactive strategies to increase advisor productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications like CFP or CIMA are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, advisor relationship management, or practice consulting.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 66 or 63 & 65 licenses.
• Proven ability to manage complex advisor relationships and deliver measurable growth.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
