Salary: $199,000–$300,000 USD (depending on location zone).

What you will do

• Lead and maintain the RHD compliance program, ensuring alignment with CFTC and NFA requirements.
• Advise business teams on regulatory requirements for futures, event contracts, and options on futures.
• Oversee regulatory interactions, including exams, inquiries, and reporting obligations.
• Review marketing and promotional materials for regulatory standard compliance.
• Support firm-wide initiatives including system implementations, risk programs, and business changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services compliance, with at least 5 years focused on futures or derivatives.
• Active FINRA Series 3 license.
• Strong knowledge of CFTC and NFA regulations.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.
• Experience working directly with regulators or prior experience at a regulatory agency like the CFTC or NFA.
