What you will do

• Lead and deliver strategic consulting programs for leading banks and financial institutions.
• Manage teams of 2-5 consultants, providing technical guidance and sharing best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Analyze complex data to formulate hypotheses and deliver impactful business solutions.
• Collaborate with international offices to leverage the global network for cross-selling and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and mentor talent to grow the local office capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
• 6–10 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or banking middle/back offices.
• Deep expertise in private banking, wealth management, or asset servicing market architecture.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to mitigate risks and drive business decisions.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Singapore.
