What you will do

• Monitor credit quality of portfolio assets and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
• Research new investment opportunities, analyze credit profiles, and create deliverables for committees and clients.
• Manage communication with borrowers and negotiate amendment or waiver requests.
• Coordinate with legal, middle office, and operations teams to process transaction updates and operational matters.
• Provide process support to the portfolio management team in allocating transactions among accounts.
• Prepare data analyses to support portfolio management, client service, and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Intent to pursue a CFA designation.
• 2-3 years of experience in credit underwriting or operations, with preference for debt capital markets.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with bond market terminology.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be located in Atlanta, GA.
