What you will do

• Engage with robotics customers to define system architectures and identify technical requirements.
• Drive opportunity qualification, design-in, and design win execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop architecture proposals, block diagrams, and technical materials for robotics platforms.
• Support hardware bring-up, embedded software debugging, and system-level issue resolution.
• Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training to customers and ecosystem partners.
• Provide structured feedback to internal R&D and product teams to influence roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, semiconductor technical support, or industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, MCU/MPU architectures, and embedded software (C/C++, RTOS, Linux).
• Hands-on experience with lab tools and debugging interfaces like Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers in technical discussions and design reviews.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in humanoid, AMR, or UAV robotics development.
• Familiarity with industrial networking standards such as TSN, EtherCAT, or CANopen.
• Prior experience working with NXP or similar embedded platforms.
