What you will do

• Build and oversee the technology audit function across all business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan covering cybersecurity, IT, and emerging AI risks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and compliance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to technology leadership on risk management and control frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit processes by implementing data analytics, automation, and AI-driven monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT departments to ensure integrated risk management and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive internal audit experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the video game industry or related entertainment/technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and frameworks like COSO, COBIT, and ISO.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, multinational, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
