What you will do

• Interview subject matter experts to gather operational details.
• Develop and write detailed training work instructions (OJTs).
• Document procedures for kitting, sterilization, and parts washing.
• Create instructions for weighing, mixing, and filling/capping operations.
• Draft documentation for visual inspection and labeling processes.
• Ensure all work instructions accurately reflect facility training processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing or SOP writing experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear instructional content.
• Strong communication skills for effective SME interviews.

• Experience in a compounding pharmacy environment.
