Senior Validation Engineer (RF/DSP): Bring up and validate new hirify.global IP on silicon, covering radiated and conducted RF performance measurement and DSP design validation for wireless PHY and MAC layer IPs. What you will do

• Bring up and validate new hirify.global IP on silicon, providing support and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Run RF hardware testing across IP levels, from building blocks to system-level feature testing.
• Design system-level RF test architectures and scalable methodologies for new wireless features.
• Define and manage cross-layer validation requirements from PHY through application level to ensure end-to-end system behavior.
• Create or modify tests within the test software framework.
• Lead complex system-level debugging and help develop advanced validation tools for multi-protocol wireless and RF front-end solutions.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, with 6+ years (BSc) or 4+ years (MSc) of relevant experience.
• Strong analog and digital signal fundamentals, including circuit components and measurement methods.
• Advanced knowledge of RF signal chains (LNAs, mixers, PAs, A/D and D/A converters).
• Proficiency using standard RF lab instruments (signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, scope, DMM, supply) and performing hardware testing from planning to data review.
• Experience with Python or another high-level modeling language.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and/or automated test systems for hardware testing and/or software QA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of wireless standards and protocols (Bluetooth Low-Energy, 802.15.4, 802.11 Wi-Fi).
• Experience with revision control and code management systems (e.g., GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Basic DSP knowledge (e.g., up/down sampling, FIR filtering).
• Experience leading a team of 3–5 technical people to deliver milestones.
