What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit for key automotive accounts.
  • Identify customer business needs and tailor value propositions to secure new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 and OEM accounts.
  • Create and execute negotiation strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent customer needs internally to ensure appropriate prioritization of resources.
  • Develop 5-year customer business plans and monitor performance against KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 or OEM accounts or as a Field Application Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Detailed technical understanding of automotive applications.
  • Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors.
