What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit for key automotive accounts.
- Identify customer business needs and tailor value propositions to secure new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 and OEM accounts.
- Create and execute negotiation strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Represent customer needs internally to ensure appropriate prioritization of resources.
- Develop 5-year customer business plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience working with Tier 1 or OEM accounts or as a Field Application Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Detailed technical understanding of automotive applications.
- Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors.
