What you will do

• Lead federal, state, and indirect tax compliance, including filings and tax estimates.
• Oversee international income tax, VAT/GST compliance, and transfer pricing policies.
• Manage nexus studies, taxability analyses, and R&D tax credit opportunities.
• Support tax audits, controversy matters, and legislative impact assessments.
• Design scalable process improvements and controls to automate tax reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business operations to ensure seamless tax processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting and corporate roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, Local, and International tax compliance and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ASC 740 and international tax provisions.
• Familiarity with tax automation tools and ERP systems like NetSuite or Avalara.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA, JD, or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
