Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Lead consultative discovery discussions to identify customer security and compliance needs.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes like risk reduction and productivity gains.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to influence buying decisions.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
- Support deal strategy by aligning technical win criteria with commercial objectives.
- Enable strategic partners to scale solution adoption within key accounts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (UEM) and secure communications.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles.
- Ability to align technical solutions to business and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with both cloud-delivered and on-premises solutions.
- English language proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with UEM, VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or MobileIron.
- Knowledge of encrypted voice/messaging, VoIP, SIP, and PKI/identity management.
- Experience with mass notification and crisis communication systems.
- Background working with government or highly regulated industries.
