TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Driving growth for secure communications portfolios by acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients with an accent on technical discovery and solution design. Focus on translating complex security requirements into business outcomes and leading high-value sales cycles.

Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead consultative discovery discussions to identify customer security and compliance needs.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes like risk reduction and productivity gains.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to influence buying decisions.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
  • Support deal strategy by aligning technical win criteria with commercial objectives.
  • Enable strategic partners to scale solution adoption within key accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (UEM) and secure communications.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles.
  • Ability to align technical solutions to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with both cloud-delivered and on-premises solutions.
  • English language proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global UEM, VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or MobileIron.
  • Knowledge of encrypted voice/messaging, VoIP, SIP, and PKI/identity management.
  • Experience with mass notification and crisis communication systems.
  • Background working with government or highly regulated industries.
