Agency Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing a portfolio of agency partners by identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored WordPress solutions with an accent on consultative selling and territory management. Focus on building long-term client relationships, achieving revenue quotas, and collaborating with solution engineering teams to drive growth.

Location: Must be based in or near Omaha, NE (Hybrid: In-office attendance required weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 base / $75,000–$80,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of agency clients through regular account reviews.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand business within the North American market.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly revenue quotas.
  • Support clients with proposals, product alignment, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering teams to ensure optimal technical fit for client needs.
  • Forecast business accurately using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Omaha, NE and able to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partners to drive month-over-month growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to articulate ROI to agency executives.
