Commissions Accountant

TL;DR

Commissions Accountant (Xactly): Support accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions during a merger by administering Xactly Incent, validating sales performance data, and reconciling legacy commission plans. What you will do

• Administer and process sales commissions using Xactly Incent
• Gather, validate, and load sales performance data from multiple sources
• Reconcile and consolidate legacy commission plans into unified structures
• Identify and resolve commission discrepancies and respond to sales rep inquiries
• Test new or updated commission plans in Xactly to ensure accuracy
• Document processes and support ad hoc reporting and data clean-up during system consolidation

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with a proactive, independent “resolver” mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn SaaS tools (e.g., Xactly) and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
