TL;DR

Sales Executive (Identity Security): Selling hirify.global’s identity security solution with an accent on qualifying opportunities, presenting value versus Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, and owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. Focus on building territory and opportunity plans, leading virtual partner/presales resources, and driving accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene while delivering superior customer experience.

What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
  • Qualify opportunities and run discovery calls, tailoring solutions to customer and partner needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop business plans for the assigned territory and create territory/opportunity plans from discovery to next sales steps.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partners to develop and execute marketing plans; pursue supplied leads and keep internal systems updated.
  • Lead a virtual team (partners, presales, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success) to deliver sales wins and ongoing account coverage.

Requirements

  • Strong first-engagement and discovery skills to analyze prospect needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting hirify.global’s value and competitive positioning versus Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Ability to initiate, navigate, and manage discussions across business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience using channel management and reporting tools, including accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Ability to operate as part of a team (not independently) and act as a “quarterback” to prep and coordinate the virtual team.
  • Business travel of approximately 50% yearly is expected.
